She joined Globe Tot’ers (A Birla Preschool) as Centre Director in Gachibowli in 2011, and has since gained 11 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. She believes in educational activities that help children enjoy the learning process, while gaining valuable skills.

Ms.Jaya Varughese is a passionate, resourceful and enthusiastic individual with a great interest in preschool education.
Ms.Jaya had started her career with an International school and has since taken up many challenging roles. With her 16+ years of experience and expertise in the field, Ms. Jaya has helped develop numerous innovative teaching techniques, and has been a pivotal mentor for the entire team by offering immense support.
