I firmly believe that every child is unique and must be nurtured to reach their fullest potential. My vision as a preschool educator is to create a happy, safe, and stimulating environment where children’s talents are recognized, valued, and developed. Guided by this philosophy, I strive to foster an enjoyable and synergetic learning atmosphere that supports holistic growth.
At Podar Prep Nallagandla, I had the privilege of establishing the branch, and with the tireless efforts of my academic heads, Ms. Damayanthi Thakur and Ms. Jaya Varughese, along with my dedicated team, we were proud to be ranked the No. 1 franchised preschool in Telangana. Building on this success, I have now embarked on a new journey at Kokapet, with the vision of providing holistic learning for children, together with my core team, Ms. Damayanthi Thakur and Ms. Jaya Varughese.
I am Ms. Damayanthi Thakur, and I have devoted over 20+ years to early childhood education. My journey began with formal training, fuelled by a deep desire to understand children and support ztheir growth. Starting as a preschool teacher, I found immense joy in watching children express themselves and gain confidence. Over time, I served as a Coordinator and later Academic Head, guiding teachers in creating meaningful learning experiences.
Though my Bachelor’s in Education qualified me to teach higher grades, my passion for early years kept me with younger children. I believe, as Dr. Vats said, that strong foundations in the formative years are essential for an enriching life.
My vision is to nurture environments where children feel secure, joyful, and motivated to learn, while empowering teachers to bring out every child’s unique strengths.
I am Ms. Jaya Varughese, and I have been working in the field of early childhood education for the past 16 years.
My journey began with formal training in early childhood education, driven by a passion to truly understand children and support their growth. I started my career as a preschool teacher, and those years in the classroom gave me some of my most rewarding experiences: watching children grow, explore, and build confidence. Over the years, I went on to serve as a Coordinator and later as an Academic Head, my role has allowed me to support not only children but also teachers in creating meaningful learning experiences.
I am passionate about nurturing young minds, as I believe the early years shape a child’s future. My vision is to see children grow into happy and confident individuals, while also empowering the teachers to bring out the best in every child.
